Makara Resorts – Dolphin Beach, Kalpitiya
Located on the golden beaches of Kalpitiya, Makara Resorts offers reputed dolphin and whale watching tours for wildlife enthusiasts. The peak time for spotting these fascinating mammals in Kalpitiya is November - March. Guests reside in luxury, tented accommodation on the sandy shores, enjoying a brand new eco-beach concept and Kalpitiya offers a range of holiday activities all year round such as boat and canoe rides, exploring sand dunes on four-wheel drives and snorkeling and diving in Bar Reef.
